You can access the menu mode by pressing

When you enter the Menu, the LCD scrolls:

Press 

 for Initial Setup Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Setup Receive Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Setup Send Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Cancel Job Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Interrupt Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Set Quick-Dial Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Report Setting Menu—OR—

Press 

 for Remote Fax Options Menu (FAX-717/727)

Press 

 for Setup Message Centre Menu (FAX-737MC)

—OR—
Press 

 for Setup Melody Menu (FAX-737MC)—OR—

Press 

 for Miscellaneous Menu—OR—

You can scroll more quickly through each menu level by pressing 

 or 

 keys, and then set an 

option by pressing 

 when that option appears on the LCD. Then the LCD shows next 

menu level. Press 

 or 

 key to scroll to your next menu selection, and then press 

.

When you finish setting an option, the LCD shows ACCEPTED.

You can program the machine by pressing 

 followed by the menu numbers. For example: 

to set RESOLUTION to FINE, press 

, 

, 

 and 

 or 

 to select FINE, and then 

press 

.

- Access the Menu
- Go to next menu level
- Accept an option

- Scroll through the current menu 

level

- Back to previous menu level

- Forward to next menu level

- Exit  the  Menu

Use 

 to scroll backward if you passed your choices or to save keystrokes.
