Troubleshooting
Unsuccessful PING options
If the PING was unsuccessful, answer these questions:

Did you enter the IP address correctly?

Are the subnet mask and default gateway configured properly at your site?
(Confirm this by checking the IP Configuration property sheets for the
involved units.)
