This is the feature to set the mode of the recording.

・

You can select Mic Recording and Line-in Recording.

・

Select the options with          and          buttons and press the  

     NAVI/MENU button. 

・

This is the menu for setting the transmission rate (quality) of the

     MP3 files recorded via the built-in microphone on the top of the player.

・

You can choose: 32Kbps, 64 Kbps, 96Kbps, 128 Kbps.

・

Select  'Voice bps ' and press the NAVI/MENU button. Then choose a 

     value with the         and         button.

・

This adjust the volume level of the sound input to the built-inmicrophone.

・

You can choose: 0dB, 6dB,12dB,18dB

・

Select  'Mic Volume ' and press the  NAVI/MENU button. Then choose a 

     value with the        and          button.

・

This is the menu for setting the transmission rate (quality) of the MP3 

      files recorded by pressing the  'REC' button while listening to FM.

・

　 You can choose:  32Kbps, 64 Kbps, 96Kbps, 128 Kbps.

・

　 Select  'FM Radio bps 'and press the NAVI/MENU button. Then choose 

      a value with the          and           button.
