To manually set the stopwatch:
1 Touch the 

 (home) icon, touch the 

 (applications) icon, then 

touch the 

 (clock) icon. The Clock screen opens.

2 Touch the 

 (stopwatch) icon to run the stopwatch. The stopwatch 

opens.

3 Touch the digits to set the run-down time.

4 Touch the START button to start the stopwatch.

5 Touch +1M to add 1 minute to the run-down time.

6 Touch STOP to pause.

7 Touch  

to 

discard.

8 When you finish, touch the 

 (home) icon to return to the Home 

screen.
