Using

vcaadm

The

vcaadm

program offers a command-line interface to the Sun Crypto Accelerator

4000 board. Only users designated as security officers are allowed to use the

vcaadm

utility. When you first connect to a Sun Crypto Accelerator 4000 board with

vcaadm

,

you are prompted to create an initial security officer and password.

To access the

vcaadm

program easily, place the Sun Crypto Accelerator 4000 tools

directory in your search path, for example:

$ PATH=$PATH:/opt/SUNWconn/bin

$ export PATH
