Battery low on 

Parent unit

−  Put the Parent unit back on the charger to charge.

−  Place Parent unit back on the charger as frequently 

as possible or ideally leave it on the charger to ensure 

the batteries remain charged.

− To shorten the charging time you can turn the Parent 

unit off if it is not being used while it is charging.

Parent unit remains 

silent or very quiet

−  You may have set the volume too low, see page 19 to 

increase the volume.

−  You may have switched a Mute feature on, see pages 

20-21.

You can hear a high 

pitched noise

−  The units might be too close to each other.

−  The volume setting might be too high, see page 19.

Talk back feature is 

not working

−  Check the units are linked.
