IN THE EVENT OF A CHIP PAN OR ANY OTHER PAN FIRE:

COVER THE PAN WITH A FIRE BLANKET OR DAMP CLOTH, this will smother the

LEAVE THE PAN TO COOL FOR AT LEAST 60 MINUTES BEFORE MOVING IT.
