Power Macintosh 7600 Upgrade - 3

 

Before you begin, remove the following components. Refer to 

the Take Apart chapter in this manual for instructions.

• Top Housing

• Processor Fan (if present)

• PCI Cards (if present)

• Speaker

• Power Actuator

• Cache DIMM

• DRAM DIMMs

• VRAM DIMMs

 

 Set the Cache, DRAM, and VRAM DIMMs aside as you 

will be installing them on the Power Macintosh 7600 logic 

board in a later step.
