In no event will Emerson Process Management be responsible for
equipment without proper authorization and identification.
2. Carefully pack defective unit in a sturdy box with sufficient shock
absorbing material to ensure no additional damage will occur during
shipping.

in the standard Emerson Process Management warranty, the defective
unit will be repaired or replaced at Emerson Process Management’s
option, and an operating unit will be returned to the customer in
accordance with shipping instructions furnished in the cover letter.
