VIDEO-1 IN — Standard (composite) video and standard 
audio inputs plus optional S-video inputs for connecting 
devices with composite video or S-video output.
Note: Standard (composite) video and S-video cables 
carry only video information; separate audio cables are 
required for a complete connection.

ColorStream
®
 HD-1 and ColorStream
®
 HD-2 — 
Two sets of ColorStream
®
 high-definition component 
video inputs (with standard stereo audio inputs) for 
connecting devices with component video output, such as 
a Toshiba DVD player with ColorStream
®
.
Note: Component video cables carry only video 
information; separate audio cables are required for a 
complete connection.

PC/HDMI (AUDIO) IN — These analog audio inputs are 
shared between PC IN (item 5 on this page) and HDMI 
(DVI) IN (item 7 on this page). Their use can be 
configured in the Setup menu (- page 38).

A/V OUT — Standard composite video and analog audio 
outputs for connecting a VCR for editing and dubbing.

PC IN — For use when connecting a personal computer.

ANT — Antenna input that supports analog (NTSC) and 
digital (ATSC) off-air antenna signals and analog and 
digital Cable TV (QAM) signals.

HDMI
 IN — High-Definition Multimedia Interface 
input receives digital audio and uncompressed digital 
video from an HDMI device or uncompressed digital 
video from a DVI device. Also see item 3.

Digital Audio OUT — Optical audio output in Dolby 
Digital or PCM (pulse-code modulation) format for 
connecting an external Dolby Digital decoder, amplifier, 
A/V receiver, or home theater system with optical audio 
input.
