Power Requirements
The 7104A voice terminal is powered by the tip and ring leads. Battery power is used for some
circuits during the on-hook state when loop current is not available.  The battery power is pro-
vided by four 1.5 volt AA batteries.  The batteries are contained in a battery pack that is accessed
through the rear end cap.
Power Failure Operation
The 7104A voice terminal cannot be used as an emergency station during power failure transfer
conditions.
FCC Registration
The 7104A voice terminal is not FCC registered.
Hearing Aid Compatible
This voice terminal is compatible with the inductively coupled hearing aids prescribed by the FCC.
