Disabling PortShield Manually
On SonicWALL appliances that support the PortShield feature, High Availability can only be
enabled if PortShield is disabled on all interfaces of both the Primary and Backup appliances.
Perform the procedure for each of the appliances while logged into its individual management
IP address.

To manually disable PortShield on each SonicWALL, perform the following steps:
Step 1
On one appliance of the planned HA Pair, navigate to the Network > PortShield Groups page.
Step 2
Click the Select All link at the top of the page.
