Programming Speed Dial Numbers

Each fax number that you enter or program into your
machine can be up to 40 digits long. If you need to dial
a number with more digits, use the chain dial feature.

To program or use One-Touch keys 21-40, grasp the
One-Touch keyboard latch and swing the main One-
Touch panel out of the way. You can then select from
keys 21–40. When you are finished, close the One-Touch
keypad and continue.

You can program (save) frequently dialed numbers into your
machine. This way, you enter the full number once, and
access the number with one or a few keystrokes thereafter.

A total of 190 spaces are available for programming numbers.
Forty spaces are available as One-Touch Speed Dial keys.
150 spaces are available as 2-Digit and 3-Digit Speed Dial
