VIEW CALENDAR EVENTS

. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.

. Scroll to a date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event
for that day.

. Press the OK Key [VIEW] for more detailed information about the event.
ERASE SAVED EVENT

. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.

. Scroll to date in the calendar and press the OK Key [VIEW] to view the event
for that day.

. Press the Right Soft Key [Options], select Erase and press the OK Key, then
select Yes and press the OK Key.
ERASE ALL PASSED EVENTS

. Press the OK Key [MENU], select Tools and press the OK Key then select
Calendar and press the OK Key.

. The New Event screen will be displayed. Enter the event name. Press the
Directional Key down to move to the next fields.

. Press the OK Key [SAVE] to save it. The date of the event will be marked on
your calendar.
• Start Time: Use the keypad to set a start time and press the Left Soft Key for am/
pm.
• End Time: Use the keypad to set a end time and press the Left Soft Key for am/pm.
• Start Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the start date.
• End Date: Use the keypad to change or enter the end date.
• Time Zone: If the Time Zone needs to be adjusted, press the Left Soft Key [Set].
