Section 9: Tools

Your phone provides Tools to help keep 
you organized and informed.

Calendar

Schedule up to 8 events per day, with 
alarms, to have your phone notify you 
before an event begins. 

1. From the home screen, press the 

Left Soft Key 

 Menu

 Tools 

➔ 

 Calendar.

2. While viewing the Calendar, press 

the Right Soft Key 

 Options for 

options:

•Add New Event: Create a new calendar 

event. For more information, see 
“Adding an Event” on page 76.

•Add Special Occasion: Create a new 

•Go to Date: Go to a specific date on the 

calendar.

•Go to Today: Go to today’s date on the 

calendar.

•Erase Past: Delete all events prior to the 

current date.

•Erase All: Delete all calendar events and 

occasions.
