Phone Info

Connect to Hearing Aid Device

With a T-coil hearing aid device (sold 
separately) connected, you can enable the 
hearing aid feature.
1. Connect the T-coil hearing aid device to 

your phone.

2. From Hearing Aid, select OK > Enabled.

View Phone Number

Select My Number to view your phone’s 
phone number, MSID, and serial number.

Activate Phone

Select Activation to activate phone service 
with payLo by Virgin Mobile. For more 
information, visit www.virginmobileusa.com.

Check your Phone Memory

Select Phone Memory to check the memory 
usage of your phone.

View Version Information

Select Version Info to check your phone’s 
software and hardware information.

View Phone Icons

Select Icon Keys to view the icons used in 
your phone.

Access User Guide

From User Guide, access the user guide for 
your phone.
