To turn on the phone function:
1

 Launch the Wireless Manager application:

On the Today screen, tap

On the Today screen, tap the 

 icon 

 on the upper right corner 

of the screen, then from the Phone callout, tap 

. 

Tap to launch the 

Wireless Manager.
