Enter a 4-digit phone number. (The phone displays Abbreviated
Dialing. When 3 or 4 digits have been entered and there is
more than one match, the phone displays Multiple Matches.)

Dialing a Number in a Text Message
If you receive a text message with an embedded phone number, you
can dial the number directly.

To call a phone number from a text message:

Select Messaging and press
K or - (Select).
3.
Select Inbox and press
K or - (Select).
4.
Scroll to the message with the desired number(s).

Additional Dialing Features
When numbers are entered directly using the keypad in standby

Note:
The US does not have 2 digit NXX (office codes).
