Automated 
Attendant
Answers incoming calls and routes those 
calls to the desired extension. The service 
can be assigned to all of Day, Night, Lunch, 
and Break time periods. Available for both 
Port and Trunk Services.

Broadcasting 
Messages
Permits the System Manager to deliver the 
same message to all VPS subscribers at the 
same time.
This feature is only available to the System 
Manager.

Busy Coverage 
Mode
Specifies how the VPS will handle calls to the 
operator when the line is busy. The Busy 
Coverage options that are available include: 
Hold, No Answer Coverage, Call Waiting, and 
Disconnect Message.

Call Services
Include a series of both incoming and 
outgoing call services.
Incoming Call Services: Automated 
Attendant Service, Voice Mail Service,
