Memory Module Specifications
DESCRIPTION
This document describes ValueRAM’s CL3 128M x 64-bit (1GB) SDRAM (Synchronous DRAM) PC133 memory module. The components on
the module include sixteen 64M x 8-bit (16M x 8-bit x 4 Bank / PC133 components) SDRAM in TSOP packages. This 168-pin DIMM (Dual In-
line Memory Module) uses gold contact fingers and requires +3.3V. The electrical and mechanical specifications are as follows:
