•Furniture items are heavy and should only be moved with two or more individuals with proper lifting techniques.  Do not attempt to move or 
adjust furniture with other items and objects on top or within the furniture.  Furniture pads or glides should be used on solid surface or laminate 
flooring.  Furniture is meant for indoor use only on flat level surface.  
•Tip protection is not included with product but is recommended in houses with small children or animals.
•Securely mount furniture to wall to prevent SEVERE PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE AND DEATH from product tipping.  If you 
don’t know your wall type, or for assistance with other surfaces, contact a qualified installer. The installer is responsible for verifying that the 
wall structure/surface and the anchors used in the installation will safely support the total load.

•This product may contain moving parts. Use with caution.
