Occasionally the vacuum may become blocked
by a build up of debris and the Blockage
Indicator light will illuminate. It is important
to locate where the blockage is and carefully
remove it without causing damage to yourself,

CHECKING FOR BLOCKAGES

CLEANING THE VACUUM NOZZLE:

Disconnect the vacuum nozzle and turn it
over to inspect the bottom. If a build-up of
debris is wound around the rotating brush,
remove by carefully cutting with scissors.

Tilt the cleaning unit back into upright position.

Tap the foot pedal until the unit returns to standby
mode. The carpet light (on the left hand side of the
nozzle) should be blinking blue. (Fig. 22)

Unplug the unit.

Wrap cord around cord holders and secure plug. Store

TO RESET THE MOTOR THERMOSTAT:

Step on the foot pedal until it goes to standby mode.

Unplug the vacuum.

Empty the dust cup and clean filters.

Check for blockages in hose, accessories and inlet
openings.
