[Devicen] - Section name.
Address - – serial number of the sensor.
DeviceType - Device type. (DeviceType=DIGCOUNTER or

PollTime - How often to poll the device. (ms)
Label - Name used for the device (and Topic) (typically DIGCOUNTER1
