“Bass” or “Treble”, then press 
V/v to adjust the parameter.

You can adjust the front speaker bass and 
treble level with TONE MODE and TONE +/– 
on the receiver.

You can listen to FM and AM broadcasts 
through the built-in tuner. Before operation, 
make sure you have connected the FM and 
AM antennas (aerials) to the receiver (page 
34).

The tuning scale for direct tuning differs depending 
on the area code as shown in the following table. For 
details on area codes, see page 3.

* The AM tuning scale can be changed (page 114).

“GUI MODE” appears on the display and 
the GUI menu appears on the TV screen.
Press MENU if the GUI menu does not 
appear on the TV screen.
