Tractor Requirements
This mower is designed with a 3-Point category I hitch.
Tractor horse power rating should not exceed 80 PTO
horse power.

Refer to Figure 1-1:
The hitch is disassembled for ease in shipping.
1.
Assemble hitch (#1) to the flail mower by inserting
lower tube (#2) through the hitch.

Secure tube with bolt (#3) and lock nut (#4).

Secure hitch with bolts (#5) and nuts (#6) as shown.

Place block (#8) between the two plates welded to

Install adjustment rod (#7) through mower frame and

Secure adjustment block (#8) with bolt (#9) and lock
washer (#10).

7.
Tighten all hardware. Refer to “Torque Values
Chart for Common Bolt Sizes” Page 18.
