Thinning Out Bend Messages (BEND THIN)
Vibrato, slides, and other such data in bass performances are output
as Pitch Bend messages. For this reason, the receiving MIDI device
may encounter problems with operation when Pitch Bend messages
containing large amounts of data are included.
