Banyan VINES Troubleshooting
This procedure assumes that the printer is turned on and connected

Obtain a Configuration Report from your printer.
1. Enter the Tools pathway.

Allow a minute for the Report to print.

Review the Banyan VINES settings.

User Name/PCPRINT Destination entered at the UI should
match the User Name and the PCPRINT Streetalk (ST) name
created at the Server.
