In the Add Recipients from Phone Book dialog box click Edit Phone Book. This opens the Edit
Phone Book dialog box. In the Edit Phone Book dialog box, click Add Entry to open the Add
Entry to Phone Book dialog box. Type the recipient name, fax number, and company name, and
then click OK.

Click Edit Phone Book.

In the Add to Phone Book dialog box, type the recipient name, fax number, and company name
in the text boxes.

Click OK.

In the Edit Phone Book dialog box, click Add Entry to add additional names.

Click OK when you are finished adding names to the phone book.
