Power LED is OFF 

Check to see if AC adapter is fully inserted 

Power LED is red 

Check connections of video source cables 
Make sure video sources are switched ON 

Power LED is green, but there's no picture 

Check to see if Horizontal Sync is out of range.  Also 
check brightness and contrast controls in OSD menu
