Device
The Dolphin 9700 HomeBase device is a charging and communication cradle supporting both RS232 and 
USB communications, which enables the terminal to interface with the majority of PC-based enterprise 
systems. This device also contains an auxiliary battery well that charges a spare Li-ion battery.

The Ethernet Base (eBase) enables a single Dolphin 9700 computer to communicate with a host device

Dolphin 9700 Mobile Base
 Device
The Dolphin 9700 Mobile Base device is a charging and communication cradle designed specifically for 
in-premise and in-transit data collection applications. It features a flexible mounting bracket, and a 
cigarette lighter adapter or power cable to adapt it to your environment. 
The serial connector supports RS232 communication and power out to peripheral devices, such as

Dolphin 9700 Net Base

Device
The Net Base enables up to four Dolphin 9700 mobile computers to communicate with a host device over 
an Ethernet network. In addition, the Net Base provides a second RJ45 Ethernet port for connection to
