This section describes how to supply power to the gateway. The gateway is equipped with an
autoswitching power supply that supports 100-240 VAC at 50/60 Hz.

Procedure
Step 1
Plug a power cord into the power socket on the rear panel of the gateway.
Step 2
Connect the power cable to a grounded AC outlet.

Turn the power on.
Accessing the Gateway Administrator Interface
The Gateway Administrator is a web interface that allows you to view and configure the gateway
hardware and application parameters. You can use the gateway interface to:

Before You Begin
These are the requirements for accessing the gateway Administrator web interface:

A Java-compliant browser. Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5.5 or later is recommended.

The gateway IP address or a web link to the gateway.

Administrator level-access

The required user name and password.
Note
For first-time installation, you must assign an IP address to the gateway using a serial port connection
