HSIM-W6 User’s Guide

The Setup Menu screen provides access to the Local Management screens that are used to 
configure the HSIM-W6. Examples of functions accessible through the Setup Menu include 
assigning the SNMP community names and configuring the SNMP trap notification.

The Setup Menu screen displays the following menu items:

– The System Level screen allows you to configure basic operating parameters 

for the HSIM-W6. 

– The SNMP Community Names screen allows you to change or 

review the community names used as access passwords for local management operation.

– The SNMP Traps screen provides display and configuration access to the table 

of IP addresses used for trap destinations and associated community names.

– The Flash Download screen allows you to download a firmware image from 

a tftp server to the HSIM-W6.
