If you are installing a VX-33d/CineWide or VX-33d/CineWide with AutoScope, proceed as

The VX-33d Anamorphic lens mount kit consists of everything shown in Figure 3-19.

Remove the two Yaw/X Adjustment Levers (item #8) from the bottom of the
Anamorphic Lens Holder (item #5).
