Paper jam caused by clinging to the transfer belt
Open the jam access cover. Is the paper clinging to the transfer belt?
Is the paper clinging to the transfer belt entering under the receiving tray?
Is the paper clinging to the transfer belt entering under the receiving tray?

1. Remove the paper.
