Jam at D - Duplex Unit
Follow these steps to clear a jam from the duplex unit:
1.
Open (a) the Multi-Purpose Tray (MPT) and (b) the upper left door
(labeled D).
(labeled D).
2.
Remove the jammed paper.
3.
Close the door.
