Getting Help

Refer to the following resources for information about your printer.

The front panel

■

Offers you a suite of tools along with information pages to help 
solve printing quality, paper feed, supplies, and printer 
administration problems.

Press the information key on the front panel, see page 10 for 

information about the front panel.

■

To print troubleshooting pages: scroll to the Printable Pages 
menu by pressing the Down or Up Arrow key. Press OK. 
Scroll to Print Help Guide by pressing the Down or Up 

Arrow key. Press OK.
