Toner that has been deposited on 
the non-imaged side of the prints

Toner on the Fuser Rollers.

To clean up any residual toner, 
run a blank sheet of paper 
through the printer.

The Fuser cleaner is improperly 
installed.

Reinstall the Fuser cleaner 
assembly.

There is dirt in the paper path.

Clean the paper path. See the 
System Administrator Guide on the 
DocuPrint CD.

One or more colors that are light 
or missing from the print

The Developer for the missing 
color needs replacement.

Replace the color or black 
Developer as appropriate.
