FAX

Enter the number of the remote fax machine using the 
number keypad.

You can also press a one-touch button including group dial 
buttons, or press Speed, and enter a 2-digit speed dial 
number. The stored number appears on the display.

Press Enter to confirm the number. The display asks you to 
enter another fax number to send the document.

Select “1:YES” and enter another fax number using the 
number keypad. 

You can also press a one-touch button, or press Speed and 
enter a speed dial number. Note that you cannot use Group 
dial numbers for another fax number.

The number appears on the display. Press Enter to confirm 
the number.

Or

To send to one location or when you complete the last fax 
number setting, select “2:NO” in the ANOTHER FAX NO.? 
screen.

The document will be scanned into the memory before 
transmission. The display shows the memory capacity and the 
number of pages being stored in the memory. 

If the document is fed from the document glass, the display 
shows “NEXT GO ON?” on the top line after the document is 
scanned into the memory. If you have the next page, remove 
the scanned page and load the next page on the glass and 
press Enter. Repeat as necessary.

When all pages are scanned, press Cancel/Reset when the 
display shows “NEXT GO ON?.”

The product begins sending the document in order of the 
numbers you entered.
