[15] Density Shift
Density shift divides each of nine density levels into two levels of lighter and three
levels of darker when used in combination with Text/Photo Enhance.
Density shift selection can be made in each of four Text/Photo Enhance modes; Text/
Photo (general), Text, Photo, and Increase Contrast.

Procedure
Touch [15] Density Shift to display the Density Shift Setting Screen.
Select the Text/Photo Enhance mode.
Touch Text/PhotoTEXTPHOTO, or Increase contrast to highlight it, then enter the 
desired density shift (from 0 to 5) using the Control panel keypad.
Touch OK to complete the settings and return to the Key Operator Mode Screen.
If no further changes are required, touch RETURN to restore the Basic Screen to 
perform copying operations.
