You can select a bilingual play mode to enjoy 
DVD software etc. in AC-3 format. 

Or press MAIN MENU repeatedly to select the 
SET UP menu, then press 

F/f to select “DUAL 

XXX”. Press 

G/g to select the setting you want.

• M  (Main)

Plays back only the main channel.

• S (Sub)

Plays back only the sub channel.

• M+S (Main + Sub)

Mixed playback of the main and sub channels.

• M/S (Main/Sub)

Plays back the main channel from the left 
speaker, and the sub channel from the right 
speaker.

You can set the receiver to turn off automatically 
at a specified time using the remote.

Or press MAIN MENU repeatedly to select the 
SET UP menu, then press 

F/f until the 

“SLEEP” and “OFF” indications flash in the 
display. Press 

G/g to select the time.

The display changes cyclically as follows:

When Sleep Timer is activated, “SLEEP” lights 
up in the display. 

To check the time remaining before the receiver turns 
off, perform the above procedure. The remaining time 
appears in the display.
