telephone calls within the Skype*

network. As soon as the telephone is

connected to the USB port and soft-

ware – available via free of charge

download – is installed, you can start. 

The integrated keypad and the

illuminated display render operation

simple and comfortable. Especially

practical is the displaying of names of

Skype* users calling. The tiptel 117

USB phone supports dialling by a

special key which opens a survey of

personal Skype* contact persons in 

the display – separated according to

”online” and ”offline”  –  and scrolls

among the tabs. If the desired name is

found in the telephone book, just like

for mobile phones pressing of the key

is enough and the connection will be

build up.
