In System Preferences > 
Bluetooth, select device and 
from the Action menu (gear) 
choose “Connect”. Verify if 
device connects successfully.

Delete pairing in System 
Preferences. Go to step 3.

Bluetooth Setup Assistant. 
Verify if you can successfully 
pair the device.

Restart computer.
