System-wide Commands

This section describes system commands that are available in the BOOT Loader.

Invariant information is shared between the BOOT PROM image, the BOOT Loader 
image and the main image. This is common information in all the image files.
To view invariant information, use the

system invariant

 

command.

Software is running

Indicates the software image that is currently 
running on the switch.

BIA is set to

The BIA of the switch.

Loader is started

The BOOT Loader start address (in hexadecimals) 
and the length of the BOOT Loader file.

Selected boot image

The BOOT Loader image that has been selected.
