The Pandigital Novel (the "Device") is a portable electronic reading device that utilizes wireless
connectivity to enable users to shop for, download, browse, and read books, newspapers, magazines,

Digital Content
The Barnes & Noble Store: The Barnes & Noble Store enables you to download, display and use on your
Device a variety of digitized electronic content, such as books, subscriptions to magazines, newspapers,
journals and other periodicals, blogs, RSS feeds, and other digital content, as determined by Barnes &
Noble from time to time (individually and collectively, "Digital Content").
Use of Digital Content: Upon your payment of the applicable fees set by Barnes & Noble, Barnes & Noble
grants you the non-exclusive right to keep a permanent copy of the applicable Digital Content and to
view, use, and display such Digital Content an unlimited number of times, solely on the Device or as
