After about an hour or two, the message indicators display again. 

Your phone maintains a Recent Calls list, which is a list of missed, received, and placed calls. Each list 
holds up to 100 entries. 

From the Recent Calls list, you can perform the following tasks: 

● 

Sort and order calls using the Order icon 

. By default, the list displays all call types (missed, 

placed, and received), with the most recent call displaying first.

Filter calls using the Filter icon 

. 

● 

Remove certain calls from the list using the Delete icon 

. 

● 

Tap the Info icon 

 next to a call record to view call details and manage the call. 

● 

Tap a call record to call the person automatically. 

 

The following icons display next to a call and indicate the call type: 

● 

  Placed calls. 

● 

  Received calls. 

● 

  Missed calls. 

● 

From Home view, tap New Call, and tap Recent. Optionally, tap Directories > Recent Calls. 

 

To access recent calls quickly, tap 

 in Lines, Calls, or Active Call view.
