a)Power Supply

correct.

b)Evaporator Assembly

. Bearings or auger 

worn out.

. Replace bearings or

Bearing Wear Check."

c) Bin Control

. Bad contacts.

. Check for continuity and 

replace.

. Actuator does not 

move freely.

. Clean actuator or replace 

bin control assembly.

d)Safety Switch and 

Relay

. Switch misaligned, 

contacts bad.

. Check and correct or 

replace.

e)Control Board

. Erratic operation of 

gear motor relay.

. See "II.D.4. Control Board 

Check Procedure."

[] No ice dispensed.

a) Power Supply

. "OFF" position.

. Move to "ON" position.

. Loose connection.

. Tighten.

replace.

. No ice or little ice in 

storage bin.
