Self-Calibration

Self-calibration is done on software command. 
The calibration corrects for gain, offset, 
compensated 1 M

Ω attenuator, triggering, and 

timing adjustment errors for all input ranges.

External Calibration 
(Factory Calibration)

The external calibration calibrates the VCXO, gain, 
and the voltage reference. Appropriate constants are 
stored in nonvolatile memory.
