ip ospf interface cost

Configures the OSPF interface cost.

ip ospf interface {interface_name} cost cost

Syntax Definitions

interface_name

The name of the interface.

cost

The interface cost. The valid range is 0 to 65535.

Defaults

Platforms Supported

OmniSwitch 6850, 6855, 9000, 9000E

Usage Guidelines

The configured interface cost, if any, is used during OSPF route calculations.

Examples

-> ip ospf interface vlan-101 cost 10
