Problem

Possible cause

Solution

Power switch is turned 
on, but power LCD 
indicator light does 
not go on

Battery has no power

Plug AC cord into an 
outlet to charge the battery.

No sound 

Check if Master VOL,
MIC VOL and DVD
VOL is on.

Turn on Master VOL,
MIC VOL and DVD VOL.

When AC cord is 
plugged in, the Charge 
LED indicator does not 
go on.

*Check if AC cord is 
  securely plugged into 
  outlet and into AC input 
  connector on rear panel.
*Check if fuse is broken.

* * Connect AC cord 
   securely
* Replace fuse with one 
   that is identical to current 
   one.

Battery not working

* Check charge LED
   indicator color. If the 
   green indicator light 
   goes on, check if the 
   fuse is broken.
* Check if battery is dead.

* Replace fuse with one 
   that is identical to current 
   one.
* Replace the battery.

Wireless MIC not work
or bad sound

Check if microphone
battery is dead.

Replace new battery

Bad sound

Check if power voltage
is too low.
