Perform steps 1–3.

 keys to switch DIRECT MONITOR on/off.

 keys to Select  the device connected to the audio input 

jacks.

 keys  to switch the output 

from the PCR-A30’s internal speakers on/off.The display will indicate 
either “ON” or “OFF”.

 

Press the 

 

 button.

You can also switch the speakers on/off by holding down the following buttons while you turn 
on the power.

 

The input signal from the audio input jacks will not be sent to the 
PCR-A30’s speakers, headphone jack, or master output jacks.

 

Settings or operations in your ASIO 2.0 application (e.g., Cubase) 
will switch Direct Monitor on/off.

 

The input signal from the audio input jacks will be output to the 
PCR-A30’s speakers, headphone jack, and master output jacks.

 

When connecting analog audio from an audio device or MIDI 
sound module.

 

When connecting a guitar.
